From I-29 (heading South): Take exit 147B for IA-12 S toward US-75/Business District/Auditorium/US-20. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Business District. Slight right at Nebraska St. Turn right at 3rd Street. Turn left at Virginia Street. Turn right at 4th Street.
From I-29 (heading North): Take exit 147B for IA-12 S toward Business District/Auditorium/US-20-BR. Sharp right at Dace Avenue. Turn left at S. Virginia Street. Turn right at 4th Street and go 1 1/2 blocks.
From US-75 (coming from North) : Turn right at 6th Street. Turn left at Hoeven Drive. Turn right at 4th Street and go 2 1/2 blocks.
From US-75 (coming from South): Turn left at 6th Street. Turn left at Hoeven Drive. Turn right at 4th Street and go 2 1/2 blocks.
From US-20 (coming from East): Heading east on US-20-BR W. Turn right at S. Virginia Street. Turn right at 4th Street and go 1 1/2 blocks.
